Registration Procedure

Payment

All payments must be made in advance.

All cancellations must be in writing. They can be E-mailed to registration@tmcenterprises.net . Because class size is limited, all cancellations rescheduling deadlines will be strictly adhered to. Please advise us of cancellations and class rescheduling/substitution requests as soon as possible so that another student may be accommodated.

Classes

Classes may be Rescheduled or Cancelled three (3) or more business days in advance without financial penalty. You will receive a 100% refund. For a cancellation less than 3 business days prior to a class, no refund will be issued.

If a company or individual does not attend a class and does not give notice, the company or individual will be charged 100% of the course fee. No refunds will be given.

The balance of a student’s payment will be a pro rata refund for the remaining class hours for students who drop out of any class. The effective termination for refund purposes will be the earliest of either the last date of attendance or the rate of receipt of written notice from the student.

All refunds will be totally consummated within 60 days after the effective date of termination.

If you feel you need a refresher course in order to master a subject, TMC Enterprises invites you to retake the same class at no additional cost. Classes can be retaken once within 90 days from  the date of the original class for the cost of the courseware only (as long as the class is still available on the schedule).

If you determine prior to the first break of 1 day classes or the lunch time break of class -- that the curriculum does not meet your needs, we will reschedule you for the "Right Class," and apply your payment to the new course.

Weekday and Saturday classes are held from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Evening classes are held from 6:30 pm until 9:30 pm

TMC Enterprises reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. TMC Enterprises will notify you 72 hours before class in the event of a cancellation.
